The YB1109M/YB1109MB is a high efficiency current-mode boost converter with a fixed operation frequency. The YB1109M /YB1109MB hasbeen integrated a very low Rds-on NMOSFTET to reduce power loss and achieve high efficiency. The maximum efficiency is up to 93%.
