ZJA3000 series high-precision continuous operational amplifiers featuring below 35 µ V offset voltage, better than 0.5 µ V/° C offset voltage drift, 25 pA input bias current and 11 nA /√Hz low noise.

Features

  • Low Offset Voltage: 35 µ V max (SOIC package) 55 µ V max (other packages).
  • Low Offset Voltage Temperature Drift: 0.5 µ V/° C max (B Grade, SOIC package) 1.0 µ V/° C max (A Grade, SOIC package).
  • Low Input Bias Current: 25 pA max.
  • Low Noise: 11 nV/√Hz (f = 1 kHz).
  • Input Voltage Range Extends to Negative Power Supply.
  • CMRR: 120 dB min.
  • PSRR: 120 dB min (full temperature range).
  • AVol: 120 dB min (full temperature range).
  • Supply Current: 1 mA/amplifier.
