The ZMD44101 is a fully integrated system-on-chip CMOS transceiver, providing license free multichannel operation in the 868.3MHz (EU) and 902MHz to 928MHz (US) ISM bands.
The low power baseband transceiver is optimized for data rates up to 40kbp/s and incorporates direct sequence spread spectrum technology to assure reliable data transfer in hostile RF environments.
The high level of integration, shown below, includes a thin Media Access Controller, resulting in a minimum of external components and lower application costs.
