ZD24C512A Overview
⚫ The ZD24C512A provides 524288 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), organized as 65536 words of 8 bits each. ⚫ The ZD24C512A offers an additional page, named the Identification Page (128 bytes). The Identification Page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in Read-only mode.
