The only differentiating factor between these two versions is the availability of ROM. Zilog's CMOS microcontrollers offer fast execution, efficient use of memory, sophisticated interrupts, input/output bit manipulation capabilities, automated pulse generation/reception, and easy hardware/software system expansion along with cost-effective and low power consumption.
