GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Using two AOZ9511QV for single phase motor drivers and three AOZ9511QV for three phase motor drivers. Moreover, AOZ9511QV provides adjustable gate drive sink and source current control. By using this control, the user can optimize performances of EMI and efficiency. The AOZ9511QV is available in a 4 mm×4mm QFN-23L package and is rated over a - 40°C to +125°C ambient temperature range.FEATURES
