D a ta S he e t 1 General Description The AS1323 high-efficiency step-up DC-DC converter was designed specifically for single-cell, battery-powered devices where lowest quiescent current and high efficiency are essential. The pact device is available in three fixed-voltage variations and is perfect for a wide variety of applications where extremely-low quiescent currents and very-small form factors are critical.
