AS13986 Description
The AS13986 dual low-dropout regulator provides up to 150mA at each output using a 2.5 to 5.5V input voltage. The ultra-low drop-out voltage, low quiescent current, and low noise make the AS13986 perfect for low-power, battery-operated applications. Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, extending the battery life in low-power applications.
