The AS3603 is a highly-integrated, ultra-flexible CMOS power management device designed specifically for portable devices such as any standard of mobile phones, PDAs, CD players, digital cameras and other devices powered by 1-cell lithiumbased or 3- 4-cell nickel-based batteries.
