The TL750M and TL751M series are low-dropout positive voltage regulators specifically designed for automotive applications.
The TL750M and TL751M series incorporate onboard overvoltage and current-limiting protection circuitry to protect the devices and the regulated system.
Both series are fully protected against load-dump and reverse-battery conditions.
