ADS8323
Overview
The ADS8323 is a 16-bit, 500kSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an internal 2.5V reference. The device includes a 16-bit, capacitor-based successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with inherent sample-and-hold.
