Description
The AMC7834 device is a highly-integrated, lowpower, analog monitoring and control solution for power-amplifier (PA) biasing capable of temperature, current and voltage supervision. The device integrates a multi-channel, 12-bit analogto-digital converter (ADC); eight, 12-bit digital-toanalog converters (DAC); four high-side currentsense amplifiers that can be optionally set to operate as part of four independent closed-loop drain-current controllers; an accurate on-chip temperature sensor and two remote temperature-sensor diode drivers; four configurable general-purpose I/O p.
