The bq30z554R1 device incorporates sophisticated algorithms that offer cell balancing while charging or at rest. The device communicates via an SBS v1.1 interface, providing high accuracy cell parameter reporting and control of battery pack operation, and can be designed into systems that require AC peak power (TURBO mode), using a method to ensure that system performance is not disrupted.
