The CC1100E is a Sub-GHz high performance radio transceiver designed for very low power RF applications.

It is intended for the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) and Short Range Device (SRD) frequency bands at 470-510 MHz and 950-960 MHz.

The CC1100E is especially suited for wireless applications targeted at the Japanese ARIB STD-T96 and the Chinese Short Range Device Regulations at 470-510 MHz. The CC1100E is code, package and pin out compatible with both the CC1101 [1] and CC1100 [2] RF transceivers.
