LM27213 - Single Phase Hysteretic Buck Controller

Description

The LM27213 is a single-phase synchronous buck regulator controller designed to fully support a portable microprocessor.

On-chip gate drive makes for a compact, single chip solution.

Output currents in excess of 25 Amps are possible.
