MCT8315Z Overview
The MCT8315Z provides a single-chip, codefree sensored trapezoidal solution for customers driving 12-V/24-V brushless-DC motors; no external microcontroller is needed to spin the BLDC motor. The MCT8315Z integrates three ½ -bridges with 40V capability and a low RDS(ON) of 275 mΩ (HS+ LS) to enable high power drive capability.
