OPA177 - Bipolar Operational Amplifier

General Description

The OPA177 precision bipolar op amp feature very low offset voltage and drift.

Laser-trimmed offset, drift and input bias current virtually eliminate the need for costly external trimming.

Key Features

  • Low offset voltage: 25 µV (max).
  • Low offset voltage drift: 0.3 µV/°C (max).
  • High open-loop gain: 134 dB (min).
  • Low quiescent current: 1.3 mA (typ).
  • Low input bias ±2 nA (max).
  • Wide supply voltage range: 6 V to 36 V.
  • Replaces industry-standard op amps: OP-07, OP-77, OP-177, AD707, and more.
  • For improved performance with ±40-V overvoltage protection, see the OPA206 2.
