3 Description
The OPA607-Q1 and OPA2607-Q1 devices are depensated, minimum gain of 6 V/V stable, general-purpose CMOS operational amplifiers with low noise of 3.8 n V/√ Hz and a GBW of 50 MHz. The low voltage offset drift (d VOS/d T) and wide bandwidth of the OPAx607-Q1 devices make them attractive for low cost general-purpose applications like low side current sensing and TIA (transipedance amplifier).
