OPA2614
FEATURES D LOW INPUT NOISE VOLTAGE: 1.8n V/√Hz D HIGH GAIN BANDWIDTH PRODUCT: 290MHz D HIGH OUTPUT CURRENT: 350m A D LOW INPUT OFFSET VOLTAGE: ±0.2m V D FLEXIBLE SUPPLY RANGE: Single +5V to +12V Operation Dual ±2.5V to ±6V Operation D LOW SUPPLY CURRENT: 6.0m A/ch DESCRIPTION The OPA2614 offers very low 1.8n V√Hz input noise in a wideband, high gain bandwidth, voltage-feedback architecture. Intended for x DSL driver applications, the OPA2614 also supports this low input noise with exceptionally low harmonic distortion, particularly in differential configurations. Adequate output current is provided to drive the potentially heavy load of a twisted-pair line. Harmonic distortion for a 2VPP differential output operating from +5V to +12V supplies is ≤ - 80d Bc through 1MHz input frequencies. Operating on a low 6.0m A/ch supply current, the OPA2614 can satisfy most x DSL driver requirements over a wide range of possible supply voltagefrom a single +5 condition, to ±5V, on up to a single +12V...
