the TCM8000 audio processor provides a highly integrated solution for voiceband signal processing in FM cellular mobile and hand-portable telephones. The device incorporates the necessary voice and data filters as well as ancillary functions, such as microphone preamplifiers, a loudspeaker driver, and a CCITTcompatible compandor circuit.
