- 3-V to 5.5-V bus supply voltage
- 1.65 V to 5.5 V supply for logic signals
- Differential output exceeds 2.1 V for PROFIBUS
- Pin configurable Half-duplex and full-duplex
- Pin controlled on-chip 120 Ω termination resistor
- Maximum Data rate configurable
- SLR = High: 500 kbps
- SLR = Low or floating: 20 Mbps
