TLC354 Overview
This device is fabricated using LinCMOS™ technology and consists of four independent differential voltage parators; each is designed to operate from a single power supply. Operation from dual supplies is also possible if the difference between the two supplies is 1.4 V to 18.
TLC354 Applications
- 40° to 85°C. The TLC354M is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range
