Description
The TLC540 and TLC541 are CMOS A / D converters built around an 8-bit switchedcapacitor successive-approximation A/D converters. They are designed for serial interface to a microprocessor or peripheral via a 3-state INPUT A3 INPUT A4 INPUT A5 INPUT A6 INPUT A7 3 2 1 20 19 4 18 5 17 6 16 7 15 8 14 9 10 11 12 13 I/O CLOCK ADDRESS INPUT DATA OUT CS REF + output with up to four control inputs, including INPUT A8 GND INPUT A9 INPUT A10 REF– independent SYSTEM CLOCK, I/O CLOCK, chip select (CS), and ADDRESS INPUT.
