General Description

The TLV627432 is a high efficiency step down converter with ultra low quiescent current of typical V IN 2.15 V to 5.5 V C IN 4.7 mF TLV627432 VIN EN VSEL1 VSEL2 VSEL3 SW VOS GND L 2.2 mH V OUT C OUT 10 mF Low Power MCU & RF Typical Application 360 nA.

The device is optimized to operate with a 2.2-µH inductor and 10-µF output capacitor.

The device uses DCS-Control and operates with a typical switching frequency of 1.2 MHz.
