The TLV717P series of low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators are low quiescent current LDOs with excellent line and load transient performance and are designed for power-sensitive applications.

These devices provide a typical accuracy of 0.5%.

  • 1 Very Low Dropout: 215 mV at 150 mA.
  • Accuracy: 0.5% (typical).
  • Low IQ: 35 µA.
  • Available in Fixed-Output Voltages: 1.2 V to 5 V.
  • High PSRR:.
  • 70 dB at 1 kHz.
  • 50 dB at 1 MHz.
  • Stable With Effective Output Capacitance: 0.1 µF.
  • Foldback Current Limit.
