General Description

The TLV761 is a linear voltage regulator that improves the functionality of a traditional x1117 regulator (TLV1117 or LM1117) with tighter output accuracy and low quiescent current (IQ) to lower the standby power consumption.

The TLV761 is pin-to-pin compatible with other fixed SOT-223, TO-252 regulators.

The TLV761 input voltage range is from 2.5V to 16V and provides an output voltage range from 0.8V to 13V to support a wide variety of applications.
