TMUX1102 Overview
The TMUX1101 and TMUX1102 are precision plementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches. A wide operating supply of 1.08V to 5.5V makes these devices an excellent choice for a broad array of applications from medical equipment to industrial systems. The devices support bidirectional analog and digital signals on the source (S) and drain (D) pins ranging from GND to VDD.
