Description
The TMUX9616x is a 16-channel low resistance, low capacitance high-voltage analog switch integrated circuit (IC) with latch-up immunity.

- Low off capacitance: 5pF
- Low on capacitance: 10pF
- Low on resistance (RONL): 12Ω
- Fast turn-on time: 3μs (maximum)
- Up to 72MHz data shift clock frequency
- Logic levels: 1.8V to 5V
- Excellent off isolation performance: -70dB at 5
- Integrated bleed resistors on the outputs
