TPS3801 = 200 ms.

Precision Supply Voltage Monitor 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.7 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, 5 V, and Adjustable.
Manual Reset Input (Except TPS3801-01).
Temperature Range:.
40°C to +85°C.
