Description

The TPS563201 and TPS563208 are simple, easy-touse, 3A synchronous step-down converters in SOT-23 package.

The devices are designed to operate with minimum external component counts and also designed to achieve low standby current.

Features

  • TPS563201 and TPS563208 3A converter integrated 95mΩ and 57mΩ FETs.
  • D-CAP2™ control scheme with fast transient response.
  • Input voltage range: 4.5V to 17V.
  • Output voltage range: 0.76V to 7V.
  • Pulse-skip mode (TPS563201) or continuous current mode (TPS563208).
  • 580kHz switching frequency.
  • Low shutdown current less than 20µA.
  • 2% feedback voltage accuracy (25°C).
  • Startup from prebiased output voltage.
  • Cycle-by-c.
