TPS56C230 Overview
The TPS56C230 is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated FETs. System designers can use the device in a wide variety of applications since it draws low standby current and requires few external ponents. The TPS56C230 employs D-CAP3 control that provides fast transient response and excellent line and load regulation with internal pensation.
