Description
The TPS76201 low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator features an adjustable output voltage as GROUND CURRENT vs JUNCTION TEMPERATURE 27 VI = 2.7 V VO = 0.7 V 25 IO = 100 mA Ground Current - µ A low as 0.7 V.
