This device is designed to have an ultralow quiescent current and be stable with a 4.7-µF capacitor.

Available in 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.7 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 5.0 V Fixed Output and Adjustable Versions.
Dropout Voltage to 140 mV (Typ) at 250 mA (TPS76650).
Ultralow 35-µA Typical Quiescent Current.
3% Tolerance Over Specified Conditions for Fixed Output Versions.
Open-Drain Power Good.
8-Pin SOIC Package.
Thermal Shutdown Protection.
