The TPS798xx-Q1 is the first device in a line of 50-V high-voltage micropower low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators.
This device is capable of supplying 50-mA output current with a dropout voltage of only 300 mV.
Designed for low quiescent current high voltage (50 V) applications, 40 μA operating and 1 μA in shutdown makes the TPS798xx-Q1 an ideal choice for battery-powered or high-voltage systems.
