TPS7A44 Description
The TPS7A44 low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator introduces a bination of a 4-V to 65-V input voltage range with very-low quiescent current. This device can support a wide range of input voltages (for example, a 15-s battery and 24-V to 48-V line power) and withstand line transient voltages up to 85.
