TPS7B6950 Overview
The TPS7B69xx device is a low-dropout linear regulator that operates at up to 40-V VI. With only 15-µA (typical) quiescent current at light load, the device is applicable for standby microcontrol-unit systems, especially for always-on applications like emeters, fire alarms, and smoke detectors. The devices have integrated short-circuit and overcurrent protection.
