Description

The TPS92205x family is a 2A / 4A non-synchronous Buck LED driver with 4.5V to 65V wide input range.

By integrating the low-side NMOS switch, the device is capable of driving LEDs as well as charging batteries with high power density and high efficiency.

Features

  • 4.5V to 65V wide input range.
  • LED common anode connection.
  • Integrated 150mΩ MOSFET with typical 3A / 6A current limit.
  • Optional switching frequency: 100kHz to 2.2MHz.
  • Spread spectrum for TPS922053 and TPS922055.
  • Advanced dimming options:.
  • Analog dimming (256:1).
  • Fast PWM dimming (150ns pulse width).
  • Hybrid and flexible dimming (2,000:1 at 20kHz PWM, 10,000:1 at 4kHz PWM, 1,000,000:1 at 120Hz PWM).
  • CC/CV ch.
