UCC28070A
Overview
The UCC28070A device is an extended frequency range derivative of the UCC28070 device, capable of operating at low switching frequencies desired for IGBT power-switch based PFC converters in highpower applications. The UCC28070A device is capable of operating at frequencies from 10 kHz to 300 kHz, thus extending the range of operation compared to the UCC28070 device whose minimum operating frequency was limited to 30 kHz.
