GR5601 Description
The GR5601 is a monolithic synchronous buck regulator. The device integrates two 160mΩ MOSFETs, and provides 2.0A of continuous load current over a wide input voltage of 8V to 40V. Current mode control provides fast transient response and cycle-bicycle current limit.
