M0706 Description

The M0706 is a 6A step-down switching mode Power SoC (System on Chip) with integrated power MosFETs, inductor in LGA-19 package. The input voltage is from 3V to 8.5V and the switching frequency is fixed at 1.4MHz. The M0706 provides high efficiency with Constant On Time (COT) control mode for fast transient response and good loop stability.
