General Description

The M1204L is a 4A step-down switching mode Power SoC (System on Chip) with integrated power MosFETs, inductor in LGA-19 package.

The input voltage is from 3V to 16V and the switching frequency is fixed at 1.4MHz.

The M1204L provides high efficiency with Constant On Time (COT) control mode for fast transient response and good loop stability.
