General Description

The M4001 is a 0.7A fully integrated power module in LGA-8 package with step-down switching mode Power SoC (System on Chip) with integrated power MOSFETs, inductor and input decoupling capacitor inside.

The input voltage is from 4.5V to 48V and the switching frequency is fixed at 1.6MHz.
