The NEX10000A is a power supply IC providing programmable positive and negative output voltages for TFT-LCD panels.

Features

Input voltage range: 2.7 V to 5 V.
Programmable output voltages:.
OUTP: +4 V to +6.5 V (0.1 V step).
OUTN: -4 V to -6.5 V (0.1 V step).
Maximum output current: 120 mA.
86% high efficiency at 40 mA combined output.
±1% output voltage accuracy.
Excellent transient response.
