Description
NEX13120F-Q100 is an AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified 12-channel, 40 V high-side LED driver with up to 100 mA output current per channel, PWM and analog dimming support, and MTP for configurable depending on application requirements in automotive lighting systems. NEX13120F-Q100 supports 8-bit output current with high accuracy from channel to channel and device to device, channels can be used in parallel to support higher current output than 100 mA.
