The NEX91x30-Q100 is a Low-Dropout (LDO) voltagetracking regulator with high tracking accuracy of 5 m V (max) and excellent load and line transient responses. It is specifically designed to power off-board sensors in automotive applications such as power train, safety, and Body Control Modules (BCMs). The device supports a wide input voltage range from 4 V to 40 V (up to 45 V transient) to withstand cold-crank and loaddump transient conditions.
The device output tracks the reference voltage applied to the EN/ADJ pin with an accuracy of ±5 m V over the specified temperature range for loads up to 300 m A. The high tracking accuracy ensures a precise power supply for off-board sensors and modules, improving the performance of radiometric sensors such as pressure and position sensors.
