1. General description
The NEX91x30-Q100 is a Low-Dropout (LDO) voltagetracking regulator with high tracking accuracy of 5 mV (max) and excellent load and line transient responses. It is specifically designed to power off-board sensors in automotive applications such as power train, safety, and Body Control Modules (BCMs). The device supports a wide input voltage range from 4 V to 40 V (up to 45 V transient) to withstand cold-crank and loaddump transient conditions.
The device output tracks the reference voltage applied to the EN/ADJ pin with an accuracy of ±5 mV over the specified temperature range for loads up to 300 mA.
