600 W uni- and bi-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) in a SMB Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed for transient voltage protection.

P6SMBJ9.1A Key Features

  • Rated peak pulse power at 10/1000 μs waveform: PPPM = 600 W
  • Reverse standoff voltage: VRWM = 7.02 V to 214 V
  • Reverse current: IR less than 1 μA for VRWM ≥ 11.1 V
  • Excellent clamping capability
  • Small plastic package suitable for surface-mounted design
