1. General description
Bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode in a very small SOD323 (SC-76) SMD plastic package designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

- Bidirectional ESD protection of one line
- Max. peak pulse power: PPPM = 129 W
- Reverse stand-off voltage: VRWM = 32 V
- Low clamping voltage: VCL = 62 V at IPP = 3 A
- Ultra low leakage current: IRM = 1 nA (typ.)
- ESD protection up to 30 kV (IEC 61000-4-2)
- Low capacitance: Cd = 10 pF
- Very small SMD plastic package
