PESD5V0H1BLG-Q Description
Ultra low capacitance bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode, part of the TrEOS Protection family. This device is housed in a small leadless DFN1006LD-2 (SOD882LD) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) laminate package with side-wettable flanks. The device is designed to protect one automotive in-vehicle network bus line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
