Planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifier in mon cathode configuration with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a SOT1061 leadless small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with medium power capability.
