Transient voltage suppressor in a DFN2020-6 (SOT8044-1) ultra small and leadless SurfaceMounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed to protect one line against high surge currents and other transients.

- Unidirectional protection of one line
- Reverse stand-off voltage: VRWM = 24 V
- Surge robustness: IPPM = 130 A (8/20 µs)
- Ultra low clamping voltage VCL = 27 V typ. at 130 A
